Learned some good desserts from Keiko-sensei's mum :)
Apple wine dessert (known as kompo-to in Japanese I think)
1. Cook cut apples + sugar in a pot until becomes watery (no need to add water)
2. Turn fire off, pour white wine into pot, leave until cold, enter to fridge (any kind of white wine)
Great desserts n easy to make :) yum yum
