Keiko-sensei's lemon mousse recipe

Ingredients:
- Gelatin 20g
- Milk 1L
- 100% Orange Juice 200cc
- Fresh Cream 200cc
- Sugar 200g
- Lemon Juice Just a bit (1 teaspoon perhaps?)

① Put all ingredients in a pot and cook until boil (small fire and make sure you keep stirring)
② Once boiled (you will see little bubbles), add lemon juice and boil for a while

then pour the mixture into a round (but flat) bowl, let it cool down and then leave it overnight in the fridge, ready to eat the next day, make sure you turn it upside down on serving dish~

*Mama put too much sugar, didn't leave it overnight and didn't turn it upside down >< *

<レモンムース>
材料:
- ゼラチン 20g
- 牛乳    1L
- 100% オレンジジュース 200cc
- クリーム 200cc
- 砂糖   200g
- レモン汁  少々

①全部の材料を鍋に入れて、火をつける。弱火でかき混ぜながら煮たてる。
② 煮立ったら、レモン汁を入れてかき混ぜる。
