Travellers Cheques

Went to the bank today to get some travellers cheques in Japanese Yen!! they are promoting Travel Money Card which is better than travellers cheques, unfortunately not available in Japanese Yen YET :( so I have to pay 1.1% extra, but still better than using cash I supposed.. T been nagging me for the whole year since I last visited Japan when I used cash, he reckons I lost 20% keke
