Got told off today (by email).
Boss misunderstood me booking in some clients for 20mins instead of 30mins.
Am innocent. The receptionist assumed I treat them for 20mins n she booked them in that way, not me! T.T feel like crying..
I have no intention in treating my clients for 20mins yet cuz I know well I'm not experienced yet. Clients pay good $60 per session, n its my responsibility to take my time treating them n make sure they feel better, not just making money.
Just replied his email to explain myself, n its somehow upsetting, wats the point working so hard, I have everythg I want, I'm satisfied with my pay, I'm not rushing to make big money
