Kitchen ==

Last Sunday, Gene Paolo who is not good at cleaning but he reckons he gives good advices on cleaning told me to start cleaning the kitchen first, and keep all the stuff away as much as I can n he guarantees the house will look 50% cleaner!!!! So I've been cleaning the whole day, re-arranging the shelves, putting stuff away as much as possible, mop the floor... n finally took a picture of our new clean kitchen! What do u guys reckon?! Cleaner? Kekeke better than before I reassure you....

Sheri also helps to rearrange the shoes n slippas, Nicole cleaned the stove n changed the aluminium foil, Cheryl swept the floor n threw a mountain of rubbishes away, n now waiting for van2 to come home to wash the rest of the dirty plates n clear the sink.. Keke

I've also been busy cooking lately, greatly influenced by Keiko-sensei, she's damn good at cooking n I've never seen someone who enjoyed cooking so much like her.. I used to love cooking as well, few years ago perhaps, but ceased as uni workload increased! I'm now determined to pick up my cooking skills, trying to cook as often as I can, 3-5 times a week at least! ^^

Some food I've cooked this wk:
1) Roast chicken - I bought a whole chicken from Coles n put it in the oven! It was quite yummy, but Van2 asked me why didn't I buy straight from Coles that was already roasted ==

2) Fried Pork with Plum Sauce - recipe from pk boy, n my 2nd attempt actually cuz the 1st time failed, kekeke but I didn't use pork ribs this time so it was OK but not excellent keke

3) Japanese curry beef - nearly failed bcuz I bought the wrong ingredient == n told off by takashi T.T

4) Tiramisu Cake - didn't use a mixer machine n ended up a tiny bit watery, but edible n tasted good!! Keke

5) Spicy mince beef + eggplants - meant to use mince pork, but couldn't find it in the fridge so ... It was good though :)

6) Miso Soup! - Takashi taught me once in Singapore how to make miso soup (not instant one ok) hehe n I think it was a success kekeke

Oh well, I think its a good start at least! A few more stuff that I'm going to try next wk including mom's Malaysian curry chicken n Okonomiyaki! Woohoo~ Gambarimasu!

Work update:
- Saw 30 clients last week n waiting for my new plinth to arrive this week so I can have my own treatment room! ^^
- Had 5 new students last week! 2 Malaysians, 2 Bruneians, n 1 turkish keke..

Beach Volleyball

My lesson tonight was canceled bcuz yanz wasn't feeling well so I decided to go to this indoor beach volleyball in Osborne park with Ben n Teru and took my usual volleyball mates with me - pk boy n all cucuk cicik! Hehe everyone was exhausted after the game cuz its very different than the normal volleyball that we usually do.... Not easy n quite tricky! We had lots of fun though ^^ except pk boy injured his right wrist keke oh well, hope yanz n pk boy r feeling better now!....

Busy Busy April ><

Update update!!!! Been so busy lately n finally can have some time resting, blogging n uploading photos on facebook tonight keke!

== Highlights of the month ==

1) My fencing family, HinChing came visit me last week! woohoooooO~~~~ he's so funny ler carried 20 "dao sa bao" all the way from Malaysia keke n I brought him down South (Albany, Denmark n Pamberton) with Sheri, Van2 n 8 other frens, mostly my students for 3 days 2 nights.. Short trip but we had sho sho much fun :) Was planning to go to Augusta n Margaret River as well but didnt have enough time to make it there unfortunately..Now hes back to KK ady.. sigh sigh miss him lerrrr kekeke at least I got to catch up with him n glad to hear that he's doing well ^^

5) The pilates course that I registered for got canceled due to lack of participants plus the timetable clashes with my acupuncture course... so will leave it until next year :) saved AUD$2150 keke

6) My physio job: am starting to work near full-time from this week :D hohoho and I also have 4 new students last week, so 21 students learning Japanese from me at present! kekeke making a bit of money ($640++ a month) n really enjoyed teaching :)

8) I've been eating like a lion recently, Probably gain 3 kgs over the past week... keke must go on diet this week =.=

9) FINALLY, am buying airticket to Japan @ H.I.S agent tomorrow!!!! ekekkee ;) MAS airlines having sales now, costs about AUD$748 for return ticket I think which is super cheap! Am planning a month trip to Japan in Nov this year to visit takashi n to do a short Japanese course @ some language schools in Kyoto if possible! My initial plan was to study in Japan for a year next year but changed my mind 2 days ago, got quite stressed about planning my future last few days, but felt much much better now after talking to a few important people in my life: my dad, my boss, hinching and takashi! Dad reckons I should focus on my career at least for a few years, takashi told me off as usual n asked me not to "obey" my dad BUT "understand" him.. hinching gave some good advises abt having short trips rather than living in Japan for a year :) So, gave up my dream abt living in Japan and will have to decide if I want to stay in Perth or move to Melbourne next year since Gary is going to Melbourne after he left school n dad is planning to get a house if I want to live there (or Perth).. I would definitely prefer to settle down in Melbourne, but I don't really want to leave my current work place since my boss has been so supportive n willing to teach me even he knows that I might be leaving Perth next year..

oh well, at least I know what I want to do this year ~ n as Takashi said, I should not rush to make decisions .... Anyhow, cant wait to go home next month!!!! :)

Busy Busy

Dad got angry at me yesterday because I refused to fly back to Malaysia this week to settle my police clearance. Firstly, I've just gone back 2 weeks ago, don't really feel like taking leave again. Secondly, I don't really want to spend more money because......

I've just paid AUD$1500 for acupuncture course (introductory and advanced) - 2nd to 8th July

I'm going to apply Polestar pilates course - mat series and that will cost about AUD$2150 (May to September - 8 days course)

Sigh Sigh.

Even though NOT my money... keke

oh well 2009 will be a fruitful year for me!
lots of things to learn~~~

はじめは、 すきと思っていても

Lovely Sunday

Went clubbing last night n got really drunk again (as usual) but didn't feel very bad at all this morning, just tired.. cuz had to work and saw 3 clients today!

Pic 1/2 - Aubrey, my boss is finally happy! He put up my qualification on the wall today hehe.. he's been nagging me for wks abt my qual + frame but I didn't have my original copy with me, gave it to mom! Went to uni last week attempted to get another original copy n found out it costs abt 80 bucks == so mom actually colour copied one and pos laju to me!! Hehe so dis paper flew all the way from Malaysia! Keke

Also, I learnt how to drill a hole from my boss today!! Kekeke fairly easy!! and I actually drilled this hole to hang the frame on the wall! Hehe

Pic 3 - went to Northbridge for dim sum after work with sheri, van and Keiko-sensei! Shu yee n peggie were supposed to join us as well but they overslept!! Keke too much alcohol =P I don't normally enjoy having dim sum this much but after having a big night, I really starved... dim sum here damn nicee Yum yum

Pic 4 - Flower sushi from Keiko-sensei!!! My first time having it and probably the cutest sushi I've ever had, she's so good at making sushi, n I had them for dinner, sho sho yummy~~!!!! ^^

Now, highlight of the day - 4 hours nap!!!! >< Went home after dim sum n jumped on bed straight away, slept really well :) :) :) :) Hinching is coming to perth in a week's time!! Can't waitttt :D
